Phillip Anthony Kemp (Tony) received Jesus as Lord and Savior in the spring of 1972. In the summer of the same year, he met Jesus as the Baptizer in the Holy Spirit. Shortly thereafter, he was called into the ministry. After Tony was born again by the word of God and the Holy Spirit, he served the Lord Jesus in the church, first as a deacon and then as a youth pastor for about five years.

In time, Tony served as an associate pastor of a full gospel church for nearly seventeen years. He then spent three years serving the Lord and the church as a parish pastor in Illinois. Most recently, Pastor Tony, along with Pastor Wentric Williams, founded Embassy Christian Church in Hannibal, MO.

Pastor Tony began traveling across the United States serving and overseeing other pastors and churches. His ministry is recognized for revelatory gifting (words of knowledge, wisdom, discernment, and prophecy) as well as healing and miracles. He stresses church government, leadership, discipleship, soul winning, worship, and how to demonstrate the supernatural presence and power of God.

Tony is the husband of Deborah Kemp. They have been married over thirty years and have one son, Phillip, married to Sarah.
